The RadioTimes application has been tested for OS 3.0.
Please try to restart your device, and if the problem persists please contact technical support at radiotimes@click365.tv.
This happens because your device has not downloaded the listing data yet.
The app downloads listings in the background when needed, but the app must be running for that to happen. If the app has not been used for a while, it will need to download more listings than usual and so this might take 1-2 minutes.
Consequently, first try opening the app and then leave it running for 1-2 minutes, perhaps while setting it down or recharging.

You are now making a custom lineup. In this screen you can name the lineup, select that channels you would like in the lineup and select only certain categories of programmes, such as Comedy or Drama.
In the main view, tap on Now showing or Day/Time at the top of the screen. This opens a pop-up from where change the current time period.
A list is empty when there are no channels or programmes that fulfill the lineups's criteria. For example, if you have selected Choices and the time period is 6am, the list will probably be empty because there are no highlighted programmes at that time in the morning. You can tap right to see when the next highlight starts or change the selected lineup to Channels.
This is used to 'flip' the lineup between by time or by channel modes. When in by time mode, programmes from different channels are displayed on the screen at once and tapping left or right changes the time period.
In by channel mode, the list contains programs from only one channel, similar to how listings might appear in the Radio Times magazine. Tapping left or right changes between channels.
This is used to add or remove a programme as a favourite. Favourite programmes are annotated with a star icon allowing you to identify them easily. Favourite programmes are also listed exclusively in the My Shows lineup.
The My Shows lineup is used to display your favourite programmes.
To add a programme to your favourites, tap the 'star' button in the programme details view.
From the main view, tap:
More... > Edit
Then, tap the lineup you would like to edit. There are multiple options for editing lineups:
Open the day/time picker by tapping on the time while in the listings view. You can then select the Today 8:00 PM. This time can be changed.
To change this time you must change the Prime Time setting, go to the iPhone/iPod Touch settings application and tap RadioTimes.
To get a By Channel listing for a specific channel just tap on the channels respective logo or channel number.
